CAM Customer Terms Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. BY JOINING,
YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
This is a legal agreement between you and CAM Supply, Inc. This Agreement states the
terms and conditions upon which CAM Supply, Inc. offers its products and services.
TERMS
No Price Protection:
CAM Supply, Inc. DOES NOT offer any type of price protection.
We often drop prices suddenly and without notice.
First Time Customers
All new customers must
contact our Customer Service Dept. Tel: 1-888-268-1886, by phone or by submitting
the form below, to set up an account and acquire
a customer ID number. Online ordering will also require a password.
Phone orders cannot be processed without either your customer ID number
or the phone number on your account. Online orders will require both your
Customer ID number and your password.
To set up an account, you will be required to fax
us (1-888-238-0898) one or more of the following: your business license, state tax ID
number, current sterilization certification, state health and safety board inspection
approval or any legitimate state license or training certification pertaining to the
tattooing, piercing and permanent make-up trade.
Minimum Order
There is a minimum order amount of $20.00.
Typographical & Pricing Errors
CAM Supply, Inc. assumes no responsibility for typographical or pricing errors
on this website or in our catalog. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Compliance Purchase Agreement
Tattoo and piercing needles and tattooing inks are restricted to use by qualified
licensed practitioners as determined by the state in which the practitioner resides. All
tattooing and piercing devices are sold to qualified practitioners only. The purchaser accepts
full responsibility for the safe and proper use of these devices and agrees to indemnify and
hold CAM Supply, Inc. harmless from any consumer claims against the ultimate use of these devices.
Unclaimed Orders
Any order that is returned to us by UPS, due to our customer not being present to
receive the package or refusing it, will be charged an additional $35 per package for us
to re-ship it.
Refused Shipments, or "Not in on third attempt"
The cost of the original shipping will be charged to the re-ship order or next order placed. A minimum cost of $30 will apply to all shipments.
Exchanges, Refunds & Tracking Help

5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. NOTE: We will not make exchanges or refunds until the incorrect or
damaged merchandise has been returned.
Shipping and Handling
Orders must be received by us before 12:00 pm California time to be shipped the
same day. IMPORTANT: Although this is our policy, please be advised that high order volume days may result in order delays! We apologize but this
is unavoidable. There is no weekend delivery available.
Orders that must be shipped to a PO Box will require an additional $15 shipping charge.
All shipments to non-contiguous U.S. states and territories must be shipped 2nd Day Air. Free Ground shipment is not available to those areas.

Next Day: by weight
All COD Orders: $9.00 extra
International: charges by weight
No value, package or weight limits (UPS, RPS, or USPS).
We guarantee your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving it on any
business day. If you order before 12:00 pm PST, we will ship that day. Ground delivery
takes 2-6 business days. There is no weekend delivery available.
